Note: This exquisite agate bead, with its barrel shape and concise, clearly defined layers exudes vibrant colors. The piece shows signs of minimal wear, in addition to an oily sheen. There are, also, signs of minor end wear (wear around the openings). Of special note, are the vermillion spots (see last photo in the gallery) that appear, intermittently, among the layers of color.
