Terms of Sale & Guarantee:

The Tibetan Relics Gallery and its proprietors, Robert Piao and Daniel Shin, warrant the authenticity of works sold as described for a period of six months from date of sale and only to the original purchaser of record (not transferrable). If it is determined that the authenticity stated is incorrect, the sale will be rescinded provided the item is returned, at the buyers expense, and is in the same condition in which it was at the time of the sale. The sellers shall be held to the refund of the original purchase price and shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages incurred or claimed.
